1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JayBaji ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the JayBaji platform at jaybaji.com, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

JayBaji operates as an online gaming platform offering casino games, card games, fishing games, slots and related entertainment services. These Terms apply to all products and services available on the platform, including any mobile application, promotional offers and customer support interactions.

JayBaji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use JayBaji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a JayBaji employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the JayBaji platform.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one JayBaji account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. JayBaji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are found.

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. This includes your name, email address, phone number and payment details. Notify JayBaji support immediately if any of your details change.

• Account registration is free and takes under two minutes.
• You must provide a valid mobile number that can receive OTP verification.
• Your account name must match the name on your payment method exactly.
• JayBaji accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted to another person.

4 Deposits

JayBaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the primary payment methods supported for Bangladesh players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit per transaction: subject to your payment provider's limits
• Deposits are credited to your JayBaji account instantly in most cases
• JayBaji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your JayBaji account — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated JayBaji account suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. JayBaji does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on your account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours
• JayBaji may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full
• JayBaji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact JayBaji support via live chat with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests as this may cause further delays.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

JayBaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus rules below.

• Bonuses are credited automatically upon qualifying deposit unless otherwise stated
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal is permitted
• Bonus validity periods are stated on each promotion — expired bonuses are forfeited
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — check the game contribution table on the offers page
• JayBaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device

JayBaji's cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the qualifying period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated and is subject to a single wagering requirement before withdrawal.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on JayBaji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' own game rules in addition to JayBaji's terms.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, JayBaji will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If a round cannot be completed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account. JayBaji's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon game completion

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JayBaji platform and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using VPN, proxy or anonymising software to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots or scripts during gameplay
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing JayBaji staff or other players
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JayBaji login credentials. This includes your username, password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. JayBaji will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your JayBaji account
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately

JayBaji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately to have your account temporarily locked.

11 Termination

JayBaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that a player has breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other players or third parties.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting JayBaji support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

JayBaji provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JayBaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data or loss of access to your account.

JayBaji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

JayBaji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, JayBaji may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the JayBaji platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
